DURA NEUSILBER besteht aus groben, massiven Hartmetallkörnern, welche in einer speziellen Cu-Ni-Zn-Matrix eingebettet sind, die sich durch eine sehr hohe Zugfestigkeit auszeichnet. Die besondere Art der Herstellung von DURA Neusilber garantiert eine gleichmäßige Einbettung der Hartmetallkörner in der Matrix. Die Einsatzgebiete von DURA Neusilber sind sehr vielseitig. Besondere Verwendung findet DURA Neusilber in der Tiefbohrtechnik, z.B. zum Aufpanzern von Überbohrkronen, Stirnfräsen, Sechsflügelmeißeln usw.

DURA NEUSILBER (nickel silver) consists of big and massive hard metal grains, that are included in a special Cu-Ni-Zn structure which leads to a very good tensile strenth. The special form of production guarantees a even embedding of the hard metal grains in the matrix. DURA NEUSILBER is used in the deep drilling industry, e.g. hard facing of core bits, face milling, six wing bits etc.
