DURAWELDING 222 ist eine basisch umhüllte Hochleistungselektrode mit ca. 140% Ausbringung für Verbindungsschweißungen und Auftragungen an nicht-rostenden, hitzebeständigen Stählen (auch mit niedrigem Ni-Gehalt), kaltzähen Werkstoffen sowie für Mischverbindungen wie niedriglegierter Stahl mit Ni-Verbindungen. Das vollaustenitische Material ist unempfindlich gegen Versprödung, sowohl bei hohen als auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen. Das Schweißgut ist korrosions- und thermoschockbeständig sowie kaltzäh bis 196°C. Auch bei hohen Temperaturen bis 1200°C kommt es zu keiner Kohlen-Stoffdiffusion im Schweißgut. DURAWELDING 222 is a basic covered high performance electrode with ca. 140% application for joint welding  and application on rustproof, heat-resistent steels (as well with a low Ni-concentration), low-temperature materials aswell for mixed compounds like low-alloyed steel with Ni-compunds. The austenite material is tolerant against brittleness, both at high and low temperatures. The weld metal is stainless and resistant against thermal shock plus low-temperature until 196°C. Also it does not create an carbon diffusion on the weld material on high temperatures until 1200°C.
